On the afternoon of June 7, 2025, San Vittore Square (Piazza San Vittore) in Rho transformed into a vibrant stage of cultural exchange during the “World on the Square” multicultural festival. The event was organized by the Rho Migrant Citizens’ Council (Consiglio Cittadino Migranti di Rho) and the Multicultural Oasis Association (Associazione Multiculturale Oasi – A.M.O.), and co-hosted by the Intrecci Social Cooperative (Intrecci cooperativa sociale) and Oltreiperimetri (a special-purpose agency of the municipalities in the Rhodense area). The festival brought together cultural groups from El Salvador, China, Sri Lanka, Romania, Moldova, and other countries to take part in the festivities. Members of The Church of Almighty God (CAG) in Italy also participated in the event.

Following a spirited performance by the group El Salvador ES DANZA, a Christian from The Church of Almighty God took the stage and shared, “We’ve always cherished our connection with this community. Whether it’s our Italian friends or brothers and sisters from around the world, being able to come together and share our stories here means a great deal to us.”

This was followed by three CAG Christians who presented a graceful Indian dance, an energetic Mongolian dance, and a guitar-accompanied solo. Their elegant movements and joyful rhythms earned enthusiastic applause from the audience. The Mongolian dance, in particular, was so well received that the performer was invited back for an encore. Another CAG Christian performed a guitar-accompanied solo, singing the song “What God Perfects Is the Faith of Man.” Her voice intertwined with rounds of applause, further elevating the warm and vibrant atmosphere.

At the booth of The Church of Almighty God, many visitors were drawn to the beauty of Chinese calligraphy. Some families joined in writing together, while others asked for personalized blessings written in both Chinese and Italian. Faces lit up with joy as guests proudly held their completed works.

Nearby, a Christian demonstrated traditional Chinese Tai Chi, combining softness and strength with each elegant movement. The performance drew curious onlookers, many of whom paused to take photos or asked to take photos with the performer.
