At 6:00 p.m., Giulio Taurisano, the president of Torino Spazio Pubblico, mentioned in his speech that the exchange would make a lot of senses and bring more vitality to the Torino Spazio Pubblico volunteer activities.

Valerio, a volunteer, said, “We have started to do the cleaning together, because it’s not only a problem for Turin people, but for most people. Now we are organized to carry out volunteer activities in many more places. Our hard work can improve our living environment, so I hope more people will join in such meaningful work.”

At the meeting, a Christian of the Morning Star Association made a speech, “In the past two months we made friends with many people while doing the voluntary work. We learned from each other and helped each other. The Torino Spazio Pubblico volunteers showed their warmth and kindness to us so that we felt like a big warm family. In the future we’d like to repay the society as much as we can and do our part to keep Turin clean.”

Additionally, the Christians told the participants about their painful suffering from the Chinese government’s persecution of religious beliefs and their fleeing to Italy. Those present showed their admiration for the Christians’ determination to practice their faith.
